Welcome to Sharla’s

Beyond Boudoir Page…

Greetings.

Sharla mention what a great exerience she had shooting with Beyond Boudoir, didn’t she? Then she gave you this link.

That’s because she loves you and thinks you deserve to do a boudoir shoot, where epic and intimate meet.

If you want to find out about Beyond Boudoir, you can go look at some of the photos I’ve taken. Or read a little bit more about me, or find out about our epic outdoor or intimate indoor photoshoots. You can find out how other people have viewed the experience on the reviews page.

But probably the best thing to do is here about her experience in her own words.

Last summer, Sharla, her sister and I went out to a waterfall near Tumbler Ridge. The falls are not that far off the road, but most of that is straight down, which proved to be a challenge, though not insurmountable.

Once down there, we laughed, dance, and made faces like a feral squirrel (don’t ask me, I just pushed the button.) Towards the end of the shoot, Sharla got into a mermaid tail, then swam out to the falls through water that, despite the late season was quite chilly. The day was as epic as it was enjoyable, and we got some phenomenal images from the experience.

But who am I? Oh. Right. Hi, I’m Trent. I’m a professional photographer living and working in the Peace Region. I’ve been shooting for more than 20 years now. My goal is to capture your strength, sensuality, beauty, emotion, passion, personality, character, motion and emotion. It’s to tell your story and show your beauty. My goal is not to impose society’s vision of what is beautiful on you, but to capture your own unique brand of beauty.

I’d love to talk to you and get to know you. Find out more about you and the hows and whys and wheres of how to do your dream boudoir shoot. If you’re interested, just fill out the form below and lets set up a no-strings attached consultation. There’s no pressure to book; it’s just a chance for us to meet and for you to get to know me as a photographer and as a person. Just fill out the form below. I look forward to hearing from you. And if you do decide to book, you’ll get $200 towards your shoot as a thank you.

Book your free consultation.

This is not something to take lightly, and I want you to be happy with your choice in photographers. Not only do I want you to be excited about creating images like the ones you see on the website, but I want to make sure you’re comfortable with the decision to shoot with me. That's why I want to meet with you: to talk about the session, the products, the experience and more.

There’s no commitment and no pressure to book. It’s just a chance to chat and ask questions.

Simply fill out the form below and let's set up a time to meet.

The not so fine print

The prize package consists of whatever advice and consultation on wardrobe, shoot ideas, posing ideas and discussion with the photographer as is needed before the shoot. It also consists of up to four hours of shooting at your home, at the studio, or outdoors. You can shoot by yourself, or as part of a couple’s shoot.

People are always looking for ways to get more out of these things than offered, so we reserve the right to simply say no to unreasonable demands or substitutions. We are a small studio. Go try and scam a Harrier jet off Pepsi, or something.

I work in the Grande Prairie/Dawson Creek/Fort St. John area. If you live in Vancouver or Dubai and want to enter, that’s perfectly fine by me. BUT know that the shoot needs to happen within the Peace Region, or you can cover travel expenses. That works for me, too. (I hear Dubai is beautiful this time of year….) If you live in Prince George, and want to shoot in the Pine Pass, I’d love to do a winter shoot around Azu….

Yes, if you win, you can upscale your package. Want a printed album? Sure. Want to shoot at a fancy hotel? Okay. Want to do our three day, two night package out of Hinton? Great. But note that what you are winning are the intangibles. My time and talent for shooting; a digital package. You cannot take and apply the value of what you won and put it towards hard costs (physical products, location rental, accommodation at our Bed and Breakfast partner and travel costs for the photographer). See earlier comment about being a small studio.
