I am looking for up to six women for a FULL #EPIC session August 26-28.

This is something new I am going to be offering in 2023, and want to take the idea out for a test drive. It is more than just a photo shoot, it is a photo experience.

We will be staying as a group, sleeping in a communal tent, and travelling and shooting together, so this would work well for a group of friends, though if you don’t have five friends, we can book six individuals as well.

I’m doing this to capture images to promote these shoots in the future, as well as to see how the process goes. There will be no charge for the shoot itself, but there will be a small fee of $100/person (or $600 for group)

Friday, August 26: You will arrive on site at Stony Lake in the wilds of Northern BC. (You are responsible for your travel to and from the site.) The evening will be spent relaxing, either around the fire, or inside our fancy glamping tent, and discussing options for the next day. Snacks will be provided, but BYOB, as the saying goes.

Saturday, August 27: Shoot day. Location will depend on weather, but the current plan is to hike 5 km (gaining 600 m in elevation) to an alpine lake, where we will spend the day frolicking and photographing in the big mountains of northern BC. THIS IS NOT AN EASY HIKE. You need to be in good enough shape to hike 10 km round trip. Food will be provided. Plan on spending at least eight hours in the alpine, though not all that time shooting. Bring along a few changes of clothing, including a swimsuit, in case it is warm enough to go for a dip in the lake. Fancy dresses, things that blow in the wind, lingerie, as well as warm clothes in case it gets windy and rain gear in case it rains. (A list of suggested gear to bring along will be provided)

In the evening we will return to camp for supper, and another evening around the fire. Depending on what you want to do, we can do some more traditional boudoir in the glamping tent, or some less traditional, creative photography after dark.

Sunday, August 28: After breakfast, we can spend a few hours either shooting in and around the lake, or at a nearby location before packing up and returning home.

There will be no charge for the shoot itself, but because I need to secure the accommodations, participants will be charged $100/person, or $600 for a group.

In order to participate, you must be 18+ and willing to share images from the shoot publicly (signed model release).

Prints and products will be available for purchase separately, if you are interested in purchasing any of the images from your shoot.
